Romagna Sangiovese

The authentic character of Romagna in every glass

Crafted from carefully selected grapes, our Sangiovese reflects the passion and traditions of our family winery. The wine undergoes a 20-day skin maceration to extract depth, structure, and aromatic complexity, followed by six months of ageing in small concrete vats, preserving the purity of the fruit and the true expression of the grape.

On the palate, it is dry and harmonious, with a well-balanced structure and refined tannins. The finish is long and persistent, marked by a pleasant savoury character and the subtle bitterness that is typical of Sangiovese.

Romagna Sangiovese Riserva Barrique

A tribute to tradition, family, and the spirit of Bertinoro.

Dedicated to Francesco, the founder of our winery, this Sangiovese Riserva celebrates a winemaking tradition that has been passed down through generations on the hills of Bertinoro. Crafted with patience and respect for the land, it embodies the values that have guided our family for decades: authenticity, dedication, and a passion for quality.

The wine undergoes a skin maceration of approximately 20 days, followed by eight months of ageing in French oak barriques. This careful maturation enhances the natural character of Sangiovese, adding elegance, depth, and remarkable complexity while preserving the identity of the Bertinoro terroir.

Cardillo
Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero – Blanc de Noirs from Sangiovese Grapes

A family story transformed into a sparkling wine.

Cardillo was the nickname by which the Coromano family was known in Molise generations ago. For many years, "Cardillo" was also the name affectionately given to the family's traditional lightly sparkling wine. Today, we have chosen to honour that heritage by elevating it into a Metodo Classico, combining family tradition with the elegance of Italy's most prestigious sparkling wine method.

Produced from Sangiovese grapes and crafted as a Blanc de Noirs with zero dosage, Cardillo expresses purity, authenticity, and character. Pale straw yellow in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals delicate aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, bread crust, dried flowers, and subtle citrus notes developed during its long ageing on the lees.

On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and beautifully balanced. Fresh acidity and pronounced minerality are complemented by the structure and personality of Sangiovese, while extended ageing on the lees brings depth, creaminess, and remarkable elegance.

Cardillo is our way of connecting past and present: a tribute to family roots, reinterpreted through the craftsmanship of traditional bottle fermentation.

Food Pairing

An elegant aperitif and an excellent companion to raw seafood, shellfish, carpaccio, delicate cured meats, fresh cheeses, sushi, tartare, and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.

Serving Temperature: 6–8°C (43–46°F)

Meravigliami
Romagna Pagadebit DOC

A wine inspired by family, created to surprise.

Meravigliami takes its name from the initials of Marco, Annalisa, Roberto, and Virna, the children of the winery's founders. It is a tribute to the new generation of the Coromano family and to the shared passion that continues to guide our work in the vineyard and cellar.

Made from the traditional Pagadebit grape variety of Romagna, this wine expresses freshness, authenticity, and everyday elegance. Aged for eight months in concrete vats, it preserves the purity of the fruit and the distinctive character of the grape.

Bright straw yellow in colour, with delicate green reflections, it opens with an inviting bouquet of white flowers, wild herbs, and fresh fruit. In this vintage, vibrant notes of pineapple and tropical fruits emerge alongside hints of green apple, pear, and citrus, creating an aromatic profile that is both expressive and refreshing.

On the palate, it is dry, lively, and beautifully balanced, with crisp acidity and a clean, harmonious finish. Fresh and approachable, yet full of personality, Meravigliami captures the sunny and welcoming spirit of Romagna.

Food Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif and an excellent match for seafood starters, vegetarian dishes, fresh salads, light fried foods, and fresh cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with traditional Romagna piadina, vegetable-based pasta dishes, shellfish, and Mediterranean cuisine.
