Tenuta Coromano is the story of a family, a journey, and a deep connection to the land.

In the 1950s, our grandfathers, Francesco and Nicola Coromano, left their native Molise together with their parents and siblings. Francesco had fallen in love with Romagna and believed that the family's future could be built here. Determined and visionary, he convinced the entire family to make the move and start a new life in this region.

Once in Romagna, the Coromano family established the farm that would eventually become Tenuta Coromano.

The family story became even more closely intertwined when Francesco and Nicola married two sisters, Pasqualina and Maria. Their families grew up together under the same roof, sharing daily life, work, traditions, and the values that still guide us today. The farm was more than a place of work: it was the heart of a large family united by a common dream.

For decades, the land was cultivated with dedication and respect, passing from one generation to the next.

Francesco believed that wine was much more than a product. Anyone who visited the farm was welcomed into the cellar and offered a glass of wine. Family, neighbours, friends and travellers would gather around a table, sharing stories, laughter and memories.

This spirit of hospitality remains at the heart of Tenuta Coromano today. For us, wine is not simply something to drink. It is a way of bringing people together. It is history, tradition and human connection. It is a symbol of the values that have shaped our family for generations.

Today, we are Alice and Giulia, cousins and granddaughters of Francesco, Pasqualina, Nicola and Maria.

In 2022, we began a new chapter in the history of Tenuta Coromano. While we both work full-time in our family construction business, we dedicate our free time and energy to preserving the heritage entrusted to us by our grandparents.

Together with our oenologist, we have chosen to focus on small-scale, handcrafted winemaking. We produce around 2,500 bottles per year, harvest our grapes by hand, and carefully follow every stage of the winemaking process to express the character of our land and our family history.

Tenuta Coromano is more than a winery. It is the continuation of a story that began when a family from Molise decided to follow a dream and make Romagna their home.

Today, every bottle carries a small part of that story — a story of family, hospitality, tradition and the simple pleasure of sharing a glass of wine together.
